La Mesa’s very own senior variety show, The Show-Offs, will be at the library to entertain you on Friday, October 17th at 3pm. On a somewhat related note, I can recommend a fun and touching new movie called Young@Heart, about a group of very senior citizens who perform the music of younger generations.

On October 2nd the La Mesa Fire Department visted Preschool Storytime and invited the preschoolers back to the firehouse for a tour.
